This is a 360 event - PC and PS3 players will have a chance to play with DICE on the 26th and 27th, respectively.

You can join through the in-game server browser by searching for DICE GAME WITH DEV

Well i found out a few of things from this 360 event:
1, You need the BF3 twitter feed up to have any chance of getting in, they were jumping to private servers after every game. They announced the next server they would be playing on about 1min after the previous game ended.
2, They used existing private servers and not DICE/DEV official ones.
3, The max queue size for a server is 10
4, Your probably more likely to win the lottery than get into one of these games
